During her formal training in etiquette, Lorna became aware of the link between etiquette and image consulting that we present to others in both social and professional settings. This led her to acquire further training as a certified Image Consultant so that she could offer the full package to her clients, helping them gain the tools to look and feel good about themselves.
Statistics has shown that within the first seven seconds of meeting, people will have a solid impression of who you are - and some research suggests a tenth of a second is all it takes to start determining traits of trustworthiness. I am here to help you consciously manage those first seven seconds and to develop lifetime etiquette and image practices that will dramatically transform your life and interactions.
