When her family left Jamaica Lorna had a good job and financial stability, and her friends didn’t understand the promise of something more for her children in Canada. She was certain from divine guidance that she would have it all again. Through years of administrative work, Lorna finally answered the call to the culinary world that reconnected her to the memories of her childhood. She embarked on both culinary and etiquette training and feels blessed every day for her life journey.

Her interaction with customers, creativity, and genuine love of hospitality shows in all her work. Clients rave over the quality and presentation of her food and this connects right to her soul. Her Culinary Arts, Business Administration, and Garden Maintenance education all work to create beautiful, seasonal, fresh food presented efficiently and professionally.

Professionalism is also a value she passes on to clients through etiquette classes. She enjoys teaching skills from early toddler years right up to business clients. The etiquette training she received as a young woman is becoming a lost art, and Lorna is determined to change that. She considers Martha Stewart as her biggest influence in business, but, in life, she relies on her faith through daily practice and service. She gives volunteer time to local projects and spends time in her garden to enjoy the calm beauty and bounty it provides.
